#TryitTuesday- Guilt Free Cookie Dough

The #TryitTuesday has flooded my Instagram page every week since, I don’t know how long (if you aren’t following my insta, please do so @Cravingsofahealthychef). So this week, I’m partaking in #TryitTuesday and I’ve got the best guilt free, sweet treat for you to TRY! Think edible cookie dough! All the yummy goodness sans the guilt! Chickpea Cookie Dough- A Guilt Free Sweet Treat
*A dairy, egg, and gluten free, vegan friendly, no bake childhood favorite*
Ingredients:
1 can low sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed (optional- peel skins for creamier consistency)
3 Tbs. honey
2 Tbs. pure maple syrup
6 Tbs. PB Fit powdered peanut butter (mix with 3 Tbs. water)
1 Tbs. water
Dash of salt
Cinnamon powder, to taste
Optional toss ins- Nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles, coconut flakes
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to food processor, except optional toss ins.
Pulse to desired consistency.
Transfer to container and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy with apple slices, bananas, rice cakes, or just on its own! It’s THAT good!
