I provide "Lunch and Learns," "Smart Snack Sessions," and develop customized programs targeted to employees, employers and the workplace. I have worked with large organizations like Arrigo and Jeep car dealerships, the City of Lauderdale Lakes staff, and I also have experience with smaller companies.
